The clothes that they wore for this PV is kind of simple, isn't it? Well, I think they might have few additional shots in Japan. That's what I think.. they might have. haha! So, it could be the combination of Japan's shot and HK. hehe! I wonder what's the concept of this PV.

w-inds. left Hong Kong

Japan's popular group, w-inds. has completed their concert and PV shooting in HK and has returned to Japan this morning.

w-inds. is guarded by tight security and after 5 minutes of walk, they are able to enter the gate and leave. 100 over fans went to the airport early in the morning to bid farewell to their idols.

w-inds. waved their hands and kept smiling to their fans. Before they left, they bowed to their fans as a sign to thank their fans for their support.

w-inds. said that fans in HK are really really warm and passionate and they will go back there for concert for sure.

Fans took action to chase after their idols.. or shall I say stalk their idols. haha!

After their concert yesterday's night, from today onwards w-inds. will stay in HK to shoot for their new PV. This afternoon, w-inds. went off from their W Hotel in Wan Chai to Kowloon to start their work. Those well informed fans responded quickly to the news and rented about 10 buses to chase after their idols. In the afternoon, while having their shooting at Kai Tak airport, HK old airport, w-inds. discovered/ noticed that there are reporters taking their pictures; hence in return, w-inds. took out their camera and take pictures of those reporters.

Hahaha! That's hilarious. I guess w-inds. wants them to feel how was it like when their pictures were being taken by others eh. haha! Or that they feel it's interesting or just was having some fun with the reporters; hence they did back what the reporter did to them. hahah! So interesting. Can't wait for their PV. This is their first PV that they shot overseas.

w-inds. in HK news update

Their first concert, which was held yesterday, ticket sales has reached more than 90%. After their concert, w-inds. has gone with the crew for celebration. It's reported that w-inds. are traveling around HK searching for location for their new PV and they will leave HK on Monday.

On Nov 6, 3 members unit, w-inds. went to Hong Kong. They have also received an award for having "Best record sales" in Hong Kong, 7 albums in 5 consecutive years and they are being commended as the first Japanese artist.

With the light blue pens being waved in fantasy (by fans), the HK convention center looks like a night view worthy of a million dollars. Lead vocal, Tachibana Keita (23) said "I am really happy to be able to come to HK" in Cantonese and his eyes were slightly teary with the presence of 8000 fans screaming at the meeting place. Ever since the year of 2004, fans in HK has been non-stop calling the local company of w-inds. representative asking w-inds. to go over to HK for concert. In the year of 2006, w-inds. made a promise to HK fans through satellite TV saying that they will go over to HK for concert. Ryuichi said "We are happy that fans are coming to our concert." It's like a wish being fulfilled (or dream come true).

The greatest part of all is Kirei da when Keita sang a part of it in Cantonese causing so much joy in fans. In the meantime, their upcoming release "New World" in December 09 too was one of the songs in the list of 22 songs that were sang. They wore an electrifying suits and they have changed a total of 5 outfits during the concert.

In Hong Kong, throughout the release of 7 albums, they got the best sales record for 5 consecutive years ever since 2004 beating out Ayumi Hamasaki; causing them to be the first artist from Japan to have such achievement.

In 2006 w-inds. has won the most influential artist of Jpop in China and they attended a dinner banquet of the Prime Minister of China and performed in front of the Prime Minister. This time too in HK, they are known as no. 1 Japanese singer in Asia.

The next day of w-inds. arrival in HK, 7 local newspaper have make news coverage of w-inds., which the local media said their demand in HK are way beyond their expectations. w-inds. is much more popular overseas (in other Asia countries) than in Japan.

Keita expressed "If only we can go to Malaysia and Singapore. As for Asia no. 1?! It's a dream eh." w-inds. next step is to hope to become the top well known artist in Asia.

w-inds. members are Chiba Ryohei, Tachibana Keita and Ogata Ryuichi arrived at the press conference yesterday.



Keita lifted a V sign as to greet the fans.

Around 50 Japanese fans boarded the same plane as w-inds. and arrived at Hong Kong.



Approximately 300 fans were there to greet their idols.

w-inds. received an award for having the best sales record in HK under Japan Korea record.

w-inds. composed by 3 members, Tachibana Keita, Chiba Ryohei and Ogata Ryuichi arrived in Hong Kong from japan yesterday will hold a concert tonight. Whent hey arrived the airport yesterday, they met a huge sum of fans caused chaotic encironment.

After 8 years, w-inds. has finally fulfilled their promise to hold their first concert in Hong Kong tonight. Dress in handsome suit, they stepped out from the arrival hall at 2.45pm led by their dancers troop, there were about 300 fans there to greet them, carrying banners and there were security fence to prevent fans from getting too near to w-inds. Originally, w-inds. thought of interacting with the fans will just have to wave their hands to the fans as they were escorted out.

In order to let the fans know, as the 7 people car left, Keita popped out from above holding a fist to thank the fans for their support causing fans to scream over and over again.



After that, they attended a press conference in the hotel that they are staying, W Hotel and Ryuichi jokingly said he felt like a super star while at the airport.

Organizers, Mr. Lin presented a souvenir to w-inds. and in addition, they are awarded an award by HK IFPI for the best record sales under Japan Korea record for 5 consecutive years.





w-inds. schedule in HK is really tight but Ryuichi said he wish to have some tea and Keita wishes to swim in the hotel's swimming pool.

w-inds. arrival in Hong Kong news (1st update)

All of them are looking smart in there with their suit. haha! Ryuichi's pose looked really confident. haha! Keita's new hairstyle is cool too.

Alright, so it's reported that there are many fans all around Asia gathered at the airport to greet the arrival of Japan's pop group, w-inds. Apart from their local fans, fans from Japan, Macau, China and even South Korea were there to greet them. Fans continuously screamed for their names to the point of deafening. About 300 to 400 fans presented at the airport and the environment was so heated up that frighten the tourists. Security guards became tighter and tighter and forbidden fans to go too near to them.

It was really chaotic that caused w-inds. don't dare to move around but just to wave their hands from a distance and soon they were escorted to the secret passage and left the place.

More than 2 hours later, w-inds. arrived at the hotel that they are staying, W hotel to attend the press conference. During the press conference, w-inds. talked what will be the concert about and at the same time, Hk took this opportunity to present an award to them for having an extremely good sales results all these years.

During the conference too mentioned about Keita being the supporting cast in Ohitorisama and Keita said it's his first time to act; hence there are many things that he didn't know and sometimes will have the need to discuss with the director. In addition, Koike Teppei in the drama who has been a good friend of Keita for 8 years, they worked harmoniously together. Good buddy, Chiba Ryohei and Ogata Ryuichi appreciate Keita too and commented that he looks friendly in his play and doesn't look like acting at all. haha! Both of them jokingly said, in the future w-inds. might leave only 2 members. haha!

What's special about this time is, 3 members' birthday are very close to each other and the nearest birthday for now is Chiba Ryohei. Is there any special way that they would like to celebrate it? Then they said normally, at the beginning of December, they will go to have some meal together and wish each other Happy Birthday.

So, when they were asked is there anything special that they would like to do in HK this time? They said apart from tasting the foods, they would like to swim in the hotel's swimming pool that they are staying because they heard the hotel's swimming pool is constructed at high place; hence they would like to swim.. but the problem is, none of them remember to bring their swimming suit/ trunk along. haha!
