I haven't heard anything from Japan's side but based on Hong Kong side, the DVD will be released on 2010.1.27
It's also said that the venue of this live in the DVD will be from HK live and not from Japan.
So, shall we say this year's DVD is special then? The first time that their live DVD is not in Japan. haha!
I thought I could watch the performance of upside down but since it's taken from HK, they didn't perform upside down. But at the brighter side, we get to see New World. haha!
Well, as long as they have don't remind me~ hehe!

First when you logged into their site by typing www.w-inds.tv, it will take you to the intro page where you can choose a few languages such as japanese, english, korean and chinese.
The background will have New World PV playing. How cool is that?!!
Looks like they have started to go international and being more friendlier to their international fans. hehe! On the page, at the top right, you can choose on which languages would you prefer.
Though it seems cool, but for those who are having slow connections, you will find a hard time to load this page.
I can't seem to get into the info page though. When I wanted to click "Skip" It just says please wait and when I clicked on it, nothing happens. Perhaps the site is not ready yet.

Yay! There will be w-inds.!! Their Rain is falling got the excellent work prize.
I believe this performance will have GD as well because Big Bang won a new comer award.
